Hello,
Was not sure where to post this kind of problems, but it fits best to formating rules in my opinion.
My current verison is: 6.22.10.04
I am using DBeaver on MS SQLServer and we are working with SQL files which contains a lot of statements per file.
Each time I am formatting one of the statements in a file, one addtional empty line (so more or less a cr/lf) is added at the end of the statement.
So while modifiying ten times the sql and reformatting it, I have ten empty lines below the statement.
I am not sure when this will break something, because especially in DBeaver an empty line breaks up the execution scope.
I could not find a setting to avoid this - but may be there is one. So please advice.
Best regards
Dieter
Hi Dieter,
thanks for your feedback. I found the issue. New Release is available for download. The cli.exe has Release Version 6.22.10.6
(it was a really stupid error).

Guido
