[Solved] CASE keyword options don't work

Hi, after recent updates(v2.0.45).

I find the options for CASE keyword don't work in vscode(v1.87.2), it makes linebreak always. how can I deal with it? 

And please add an option for linebreak before CASE, there's only linebreak after CASE option now

It works in v2.0.53, thanks 

And I wish again that there will add the option "linebreak before CASE"  in the near future 😀
