I fixed the issue. I will need to do more tests. If this goes well, I will publish the new Desktop Release tomorrow

@admin desktop version works.
However, SSMS does not start the new version from External Tool panel.
It still starts old version even after I have reinstalled SSMS and deleted/added from external tool. Could you please provide the correct steps for it?

did you copy the ProfileManager.exe from the downloaded zip file to the folder specified for the external tool?
you are absolutely right, I thought it’s the same file and did not copy it.
Everything works fine.
